I assume “no” in the poll means he’ll be losing, but someone will ransom him back and use that to conscript him in some way.
The Holy Shit was a bit much (in a why is this so long way), but I am enjoying the tone shift from the other two series. I wasn’t in the mood for more hate-watched characters when House of the Dragon came around, hoping this tone setting means we’ll get a fun romp through Westeros.
Lyonel Barathyon did have a profound thought. Where did humans get the idea of jousting? Maybe from seeing “stags” or other horned creatures ram into each other for displays of dominance. That would actually be a cool lore thing if the Barathyons came up with jousting from watching stags fight over whatever they do it for and thought that looks like fun.
Also obvious considering targeryan naming schemes and hearing egg as a nickname before, but is he naturally bald or shaved his head clean to hide the white hair.
How do I answer this poll? Does yes mean he wins or loses? Or does no mean he doesn’t lose or no he doesn’t win?
I don’t think there is a correct answer, this is a trick question. But I will pick yes, I can’t be wrong either way. Also this is a fun twist, a comedy series in the game of thrones verse, nice
I think he somehow wins, possibly even the 100 coins that lord lyonel betted
I think dunk is gonna get utterly destroyed
I’m loving the tone of this spin off! The interactions between Dunk and Egg are hilarious!
Very excited for them to find out the answers to many of their questions. I honestly think this might be George’s best story
I would definitely give the book a read if you get the time. It has a really good audiobooks too, narrated by Harry Lloyd: the actor who played Viserys Targaryen in the first season of Game of Thrones.
I know the source material and I can’t wait until we get to the answer.
