I think something might interfere mid trial but by the end of the ep she will get non guilty verdict and Fisk might expose the Matt is DD but I hope Matt goes with twin brother defense like he did in the comics because I want to see a full season of Matt gaslighting everyone that he has a twin brother

3. If I had a nickel for every time the main character in a Disney+ show with a red and black color scheme got injured in their upper right thigh, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

4. I think Fisk will realize he will lose the trial, especially after the failed attack of the AVTF which will create terrible publicity on top of the failed assassination of the Governor. He will out Matt’s identity as Daredevil as the way to tip the scales back in his favour

5. I have a feeling the trial will be tossed because Kirsten and (hopefully) Matt will inform the judges that the AVTF attacked them as they were leaving, which, according to my knowledge, is some form of Obstruction of Justice. Also, Matt may have to reveal himself as Daredevil to push it further, which will explain why the AVTF shot at them.

6. Way too much just blew up in Fisk’s face for the trial to continue like this. Failed AVTF attack (which we don’t know if Matt dislodged his walking stick), failed governor attack, and BB got away knowing about Daniel, the buried body in the Catskills, and with her SD card. If all of this comes out at once, Fisk and the public are both going to have a full blown meltdown. Also Eric, my name is pronounced Zay <3

7. I find it ironic Karen being in jail when that was how we first met her character in DD S1 wasn’t she even wearing the same shirt ? and Karen’s actor is great she’s so good at acting hyperly angry her and Fisk ain’t had a one on one Convo since DD S3 when she told him she killed Wesley

8. Something has already interfered with the case; the defendant has been assaulted, and the co-counsel has been shot. No way is it coming back.
   That said, let’s see what Thomas thinks first.

2. I don’t think so, similarly to how you can’t be prosecuted twice for the same crime (no double jeopardy), you can’t be charged for having two butt-holes (no double butt-hole).
