2. This series has much better reactions when its not 1 per week, these slower arcs mixed with the slow reactions make it a mission.

3. I JUST realized Meruem is the same voice actor as Saitama from One Punch Man. I’ve been thinking he sounded familiar for so long and it finally hit me.

4. This is the beginning of all the drawn-out filler but not filler episodes that made this series end so flatly. Some nice moments still ahead but this is the beginning of the run of crap episodes involving characters with no real payoff.

   2. Yeah it’s incredible how good the Chimera Ant arc is up to this point, then as soon as the Palace Invasion begins it just shits the bed unbelievably hard with its awful pacing

   3. It’s really interesting whenever I see opinions like this. For me this was where the Chimera Ant arc got even better than it was, and I was enjoying it a lot already at this point. The rest of this arc had me on the edge of my seat but I know some weren’t fans of the heavy narration and dramatic pacing. Different strokes for different folks, no?
