1. calvin, what makes one for all a special power is it cant be copied like that by toga or the guy from class b. if she copied the base quirk she would get the power to transfer quirks and stockpile power but she wouldnt automatically get that accumulated stockpiled power thats been stockpiled over time. that accumulated power only exists within on for all thats why all for one wants to get his hands on it so bad.
   though in this case toga might be able to use fat gums ability since she would turn fat by copying his body shape but is it real fat? for fat gums ability to work, or that sludge that disappears when she untransforms? therefore she cant use his quirk the same because theres no real fat cells to store energy
