   1. Why is Welfin a manipulator? He has only shown conjuration abilities. If someone conjures a gun, points it at you and forces you to do something, that person is not using nen to control you.

4. Guys Welfin is a manipulator which doesn’t mean that he can’t use other types of nen he can use other types upto 80%,60% and 40% in accordance to their position in the nen type diagram and to answer Eric’s question Welfin conjures the missile and bugs and manipulate the Q&A part

6. step one break it down based on ur nen type. most of the weird powers that appear are conjuration or transmutation. after that its pretty simple to break them down. and the odd reasons their powers works is because of conditions. the tougher the condition the stronger the power
