it was probably just a wrong assocation since edgar wright directed these three movies starring both actors, i have heard from other people that it is an easy enough mistake to make.
Hope you consider watching Paul too. As it isn’t a part of the Cornetto trilogy I feel it’s often overlooked by most but it’s a great one in my opinion
My friend said I should watch this movie called Perume, so I found it and watched it. Not too great. Turned out he meant Perfume: the Story of a Murderer (with Alan Rickman). Now, THAT movie is good af. I’m glad I’m not the only one watching wrong movies based off titles LOL.

I like to think of this like Kung Fu Panda 3, peaks higher, but the others hold more consistency.
If they haven’t seen it, Scott Pilgrim to me is peak Edgar Wright fight choreography.
Paul wasn’t directed by Edgar Wright don’t know where Rick got that from it only starred Simon Pegg and Nick Frost
