AMA questions for any/all crew

When a new show starts, regardless if it is a crew pick or a poll show, what factors go into deciding who will be in the reactions; is it simply a matter of interest and who has or hasn’t seen the show, or is there more to it than that?
In regards to poll shows specifically, what would happen if a show won that nobody on the crew was interested in, or if a season or two in nobody was feeling that into the show? Would you keep watching for the sake of the people who voted for the show, or would you drop the show?
When a new show is coming out, how often do you have to debate on whether to watch it in your personal time or save it for potential reaction content? Are there any shows you feel you’ve missed out on by waiting to react to them?
