Is anyone locked out of content?

I am a foursight rider, have been for ages, and am completely unable to access the content I am paying for. The site tells me I need to be a beyond member or patreon member. I have a patreon membership, so I tried to watch through the links posted there, andjust got sent to the site to a page telling me to become a member. It’s an endless loop where I can’t watch anything.

I am having the same problem, it worked fine yesterday but all of a sudden now I can’t watch any of the new content even though I am a foursight rider via patreon.

Try logging out, clearing your cookies on your browser, and logging back in. If that doesn’t help out in a ticket on the help page.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I opened a ticket and they refunded my Patreon subscription after not finding a fix but I still have until the 1st until my month subscription runs out and wouldn’t like to lose it!
