1. Anime time. it’s a thing. Yu-Gi-Oh battles could go across multiple episodes but I do think Dragon Ball Z was the worst. I’d miss weekends and come back and they’d be on the same fight.

2. So, in terms of Ash’s age. He starts his journey in Kanto at 10, never ages from that but Alola, the school he attends is for 11+. People speculate that he is now 11 but the Ash hasn’t stated his age up till now I believe, so hard to say.

   1. In Journeys, there was an episode early on where a reporter was interviewing Ash and Goh, and she says that Ash is still 10. As much as we wish he would age, it basically runs off the rules of something like Family Guy where the characters all stay the exact same age even though there are events that you would think mark the passage of time.
