3. the thing with hyperspace is that real space bodies cast Mass Shadows into hyperspace, meaning that a navcomputer has to chart a safe course around these shadows, it is also how interdictor cruisers work, using artificial gravity well projectors, they cast shadows into hyperspace, which by safety measures on ships, will drop ships out of hyperspace if they get to close to the Mass Shadows
