2. Im Norwegian and have never heard about “Munkensmat” and the creators name sounds more German than Norwegian. “Munkensmat” could be directly translated to “the monks food”, but yeah, probably just made up for the show.

   HBO Max has the LOTR extended editions. Whenever I watch the trilogy I always want more, so I never watch the theatrical version anymore.
