1. My second favorite episode. The first being S1E2 the builders. Some damn fine moments especially towards the end when Basil starts to break down. Also that actress for Mrs Richards is Joan Sanderson. Despite how she appears in the episode was one of the sweetest old ladies ever they say. She certainly was a fantastic actress to play the terrible guest.
