1. yup aaron gets it sorry eric ur placing the doomsday quirk theory on villains but thats not what it means. its a theory saying good or bad intentions dont matter, eventually quirks will be so powerful they cant be controlled or a lil slip can cause serious damage or destruction. like lets say uraraka has kids and her zero gravity power passes on and becomes more powerful and like aaron said it accidentally affects the world in a negative way not intentionally. or someone with a fire quirk that becomes literal super hot fire like the human torch but all the time so they cant touch anything or go anywhere with out burning stuff. what do u do with a person with a quirk like that? u cant just lock them up that seems unfair but they also cant live a normal life
