2. The final manga page the chapter before the traitor was revealed was that shot of invisible girl, so that whole week in between chapters it seemed to be her. It was a pretty good fakeout but i believed it was yuga from the USJ incident when he asked where everyone thought he was and then said its a secret. He was the only one we didnt see fighting at that point. Great episode though it got me in the feels.

3. There are indeed 2 All for One quirks as the doctor was eventually able to create duplicates of quirks that he had studied. They say specifically that All for One the person gave his true quirk to the doctor to implant into Shigaraki and was using a duplicate of his own quirk during his fight with All Might. That way AFO’s conciousness could take over Shigaraki’s body without his original body losing his quirk.

   Also yes, the Creation quirk uses lipids, or some kind of protein, to create matter and they had her training during the training camp arc by constantly creating things while eating.
