2. Lol never gonna guess the seconds quirk. Manga readers tried and failed but it is powerful even when it wasnt in its basic premise. Also the first didn’t have stockpile it had the quirk to transfer quirks but he didn’t have a quirk until all for one gave him the stockpile quirk then they mixed and became one for all.

   Shigaraki has evolved past normal human physiology. The quirk singularity doomsday theory is that human bodies will eventually not be able to contain quirks. I think movie 3 was about that. Shigarakis body was forcefully evolved past that point. So like his all might strength that doesn’t disappear when Eraserheads quirk stops his quirks. His ability to grow his body is an extension of being able to contain all these extra quirks. It’s now a natural part of his body like how fingernails or hair grows naturally but he can force it naturally. It’s not related to quirks he’s just evolved into a monster.

   And they do know about togas quirk awakening being able to copy abilities of people she likes because hawks infiltrated and learned all that.
