It’s truly awesome to see how much one piece can really have an effect on people in even small doses like this. Eric’s new love for the characters and world after experiencing the Netflix show is awesome to see carry over into the main series. That’s the power of One Piece for you.
Salmon DITTO to everything you just said. I wouldn’t have even started watching One Piece when I did, if it hadn’t been for that first April Fool’s day joke. I’m so thankful.
I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since this joke an 2 years since this made me a one piece fan. It has easily now become my favourite anime, I’m now even caught up with the manga. To which only recently made this episode feel even more important.
So despite how much it pains me that it’s only one a year I’m grateful to this series for making me go down my one piece journey. So thank you Eric, Rick, Calvin & Aaron

Lol, love this joke. Wish they do this with Bleach too, so they can deny Bleach fans. One Piece is overrated and isn’t as hyped out as it is.
Wish they’d done evey april fools they do 5 episodes and release 1 per year on youtube, it would be better than 1 episode a year
One piece will have its chance once the remake by WIT Studio gets done. Though who knows when that will start airing.

I LOVE One Piece…and I love this ongoing joke. I would have been disappointed if they DIDN’T continue with it. 🙂 Do I wish they’d watch more? of course!! It’s one of the best animes I’ve ever seen. But come on…this is brilliant and has become a BW tradition, now. love it.
My least favorite april fools prank. I just feel sad knowing that they’re not going to watch this as a professional reaction channel. React to anything, except the best anime ever made.
they already said that aaron and calvin will react to the remake, while eric and rick will react to the live action
The fact that Eric and Rick won’t watch the remake is painful, especially since it will be behind the LA, and therefore won’t spoil it.
There’s just no way to make a reaction feasible with that many episodes. Plus, One Piece has so many episodes that are either pointless or just way too draggy that they’d need a curated episode list, and we already know they don’t do that from Naruto.
i understand when you started this for the joke. i even understood last year when you only updated one episode for the joke. but its been 2 years and your only 7 episodes in. come on guys, the joke is done at this point. we really want to continue on with this reaction. even 1 ep./month would be better than this is your trying to not get caught up to fast since its still ongoing.
