after this episode I’m not even interested in this woman’s story anymore lol. I know its a show but you would have to be comically evil to not see your on hypocrisy in her situation. fast forward me to her death
I mean sure same, but I don’t think we would get any more, we know all we need to. She is blinded by anger and hatred, doomed to make the same mistakes and cause the same pain and suffering that was inflicted upon her. She doesn’t change and winds up dying still believing that everything she did was for Dathomir, when it was anything but in the end. More importantly it plays well against the second set of episodes we get, just like what we did with Ahsoka and Dooku.
truly I feel like these episodes with her were a waste of a chance to focus elsewhere. I’m saying what they gave as her story didn’t develop her character beyond what we knew in the live action stuff in my opinion. She’s just randomly very evil. Giving her a backstory to show why shes very evil doesnt help me invest more when I really don’t think any of the reasonings proposed in the episode excuse her being evil or even make it more sensible. Doing what she did does nothing for dathomir or the people. What happens later is proof of that. If the lesson is that choosing evil for gain or vengeance is futile, then I feel like what we already knew that about her. What I was hoping for was that there would be a greater nuance behind her choices, if that is what they intended then in my opinion they failed to show that.

The point is that she doesn’t care.
