Overall I liked it, the gritty more realistic approach much like The Joker was a nice change, maybe some pacing issues here and there, but no real complaints. Colin Ferrell and Paul Dano were great!
Eric should check out the movie “Okja” on Netflix … Paul Dano is great in it, directed by Bong Joon-ho (Parasite, etc.)
I never compare Marvel and DC, but is the dialogue here more cheesy than in any Marvel movie ? Seems pretty usual to me on that part. I agree that they lack chemistry, but there are a lot of other great things in the film instead.

Thought this was pretty boring myself. A lot of cheesy dialogue especially with selina and definitely no chemistry between them. I did really enjoy the penguin though highlight of the film for me.
