How do you determine what goes on polls. Both shows and movies?

Sometimes the shows you put on polls are questionable, looking at you dxd. How do you determine what shows go up on a poll? And why do they get taken off of the next poll. In example, hazbon hotel showed up on Alien Force poll but not xmen poll, why is that?
And for the movie polls, how do you determine what movies to put on the pollAlso can someone delete the thread I made in ama. Sorry I didn’t know 😔
