1. I don’t know about actual comprehensive reading. But it is totally possible to scan for information in a page in less than a second. Once I went to a reading school and I was able to find certain words or chunks of information un a page in less than three seconds. And I’m by no means talented, so there must be people that do it at least 3 times faster and better.
