1. I want to say I was mature enough to hear Calvin’s dads sock story without giggling… but I spit my coffee all over at one point. I don’t deserve Calvin stories.

4. Also meta, this episode originally aired on Nov. 18, 2010. Latvia’s actual Independence Day holiday is Nov. 18th (celebrating its proclamation of independence from the German Empire on Nov. 18, 1918, which preceded a war for independence fought over the next year or so against Germany and the USSR).

   1. So, the Latvian Independence Day Parade in the blanket fort was actually broadcast on the real Latvian Independence Day.
