1. Calvin nailed it as to basically why JWs don’t celebrate the major holidays…the pagan origins…as far as blood that’s because of a specific scripture, but it’s up to each individual as to what “medical technology” or procedure or medicine they want to accept

2. Jehovahs witnesses don’t celebrate anything except ‘The Memorial’ which is for “jesus death’
   The reason for no birthdays is “the times when birthdays are mentioned in the bible, something bad happens” which is just… so stupid, same reason for no blood transfusions etc, “do not partake in eating of blood” & apparently that includes future medical technology that you dont even ingest
   Highly recommend ‘Telltale’ & ‘Lloyd Evans’ for great ex Jehovah witness content

3. That jacket is such a saturated orange on camera, that Calvin looks like a pumpkin.
