1. This episode makes me cry every time .

2. Byakuya was a single father who adopted Senku. Who Senku’s biological parents are doesn’t really matter

4. People much smarter them myself actually worked it out and figured it would be possible for the village to have been born from the space crew. But like Rick said, they would have to win the “lottery” in genetics. So while possible it would be extremely rare.

5. It’s possible that even Byakuya doesn’t know who Senku’s mom is

   Now that they mention it, we never really got into senku’s mother now, did we?

7. Best anime dad. And I love, even though I haven’t read it yet, that there is a series spin-off of Byakuya and what they have done. Mad respect for a man that set a foundation for future use. A true hero.
