2. We see Sinclaire in the season one finally so their suprise at his appearance is a little weird. Back then he is still injured and Cecil insults him before siccing his creations, having used soliders corpses instead of live people this time, on Nolan. Though I do agree that Cecil would be willing to use living test subjects if he had too, he is a very “for the greater good” kind of character.
