1. Eric saying this movie inspires him to go back to drawing makes me smile because every artist i’ve seen who watched Look Back has said the same thing… man, art is so powerful ;-; i wish all artists and writers get to live happy and fulfilling lives, truly.

2. This film really succeeded in elevating the original one-shot. It was a deeply emotional story already, but through the medium of film, it became something MORE: the music, shot composition, everything was done with so much love and respect for art. I’ve never seen an adaptation that understood and expanded on the original so well. Anyway, great reaction and discussion, guys.

3. That was incredible and devastating…I feel like I haven’t been so emotionally invested in a story so fast in such a long time.

   Also, while I totally get not feeling it right after watching this, you should still totally watch “Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku”. A short but sweet series I know you guys would get a kick out of. Back to my recommendations page!

1. Because they are some of the best movies. Having real story lol vs fighting anime movies that have no real direction
