1. I feel like these first 3 episodes strengthen my theory that. Disney kind of forced grogu to be back with din by the start of season 3. He has not really been a character so far, and the stuff we did have of him did not feel like it needed to be in that exact moment. No doubt he was always going to be back in the show, but I feel like the original plan was to reunite them a couple episodes in.
