2. Wow. This actually made me cry cuz I’m in a similar place. I was doing better for some time and my depression got ahold of me again on a level I haven’t experienced for a few years now. But just listening to your honesty in this video is helpful and it reminded me of two very true things: 1) Feel the fear and do it anyway, and 2) If you got better before then you can get better again!
   I honestly hope that your journey to being better and getting to where you want to be is as painless as possible, we’re all with you no matter what!

3. You got this, you have the strength to recover, because everyone has it somewhere in them. I’m sure you’ve seen the comments talking about how you’re missed on the channel, but don’t feel pressured by that, as if you need to do things fast or return for the fans. We understand what really matters.
   As someone who struggles with anxiety and who last year also had a similar “relapse”, so to speak, what has helped most is speaking to good friends about it. It can be hard to open up to others due to fear of being judged or seen as weak, but it is worth it. Sorry for the unsolicited advice, but I hope someone will get something from it.

5. As someone who has been and still somewhat going through anxiety and depression, I can relate. These video diaries will be a great help for you and others.
   Talking about it is a big obstacle once overcome does lessen the pressure. Once I told some friends about it we came to the point that if one of us felt depressed or anxious we now have a somewhat coded response which is: Chumbawamba. As in their song Tubthumping “I get knocked down but I get up again…”.
