ok u guys got thru it,its only better n better from here
I think this arc is okay but it would have been better as a 3 episode arc
I feel like it was kind of a weird choice to react to these episodes before the Bad Batch arc. Mainly because this arc leads directly into the Siege of Mandalore, both in terms of story events and character development, and Dave Filoni designed the season specifically to do that.
Also, how do we even know the exact timeline of these episodes. To me, it looks like the first episode in the arc takes places shorty after Ahsoka left the Jedi Order. So if they’re doing this chronologically as they claim, wouldn’t this arc come before some of the Season 6 episodes? But then again, the last episode in this arc seems to take place shortly before the Siege of Mandalore. Just seems like changing the order for the sake of changing the order in this case.
Side note: I find it baffling that so many reactors immediately assume that Maul must have a full-scale hologram of the room when he sensed Ahsoka. To me it seems obvious that he’s sensing her through the Force.
Generally I think it’ll be because A) This is the weakest arc of the season, so it’s all uphill from here. Also B) Ahsoka looks slightly older and a tad more mature in the final arc (despite the short timeframe between this arc and that one) so it gives some natural leeway for her to have gone away off-screen for an indeterminate period of time, come back looking and acting more mature (being focused on the mission as opposed to embracing Anakin). You could also say C) in that the illusion of more time elapsing is like “Okay so Ahsoka left the Jedi Order, had the Martez Arc. She got recruited by Bo Katan while her group planned the reclamation of Mandalore. Meanwhile, Anakin and Obi-Wan are leading the final campaigns of the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is introduced, allowing the two plotlines to intercede afterwards.
Also what they are describing sounds exactly like The Bad Batch.
I love Eric and Arron knowing that there is stuff after order 66 in this last season and egging Rick and Calvin on.
Finally the arc is over I’ve been waiting for this ???
