1. I have read the book, but if anyone knows if their dragon is truly dead or alive it would be their rider; that telepathic bond is strong.

3. While I won’t comment on the poll, having read the books, I will talk about the changes that I find interesting. (sans any spoilers.) One change that is brought to our attention in this episode, specifically, is the introduction of cats to the Red Keep, and who brought them in and when. In the main book series, King Tommen, who is still a young boy, unlike in the show, is incredibly fond of them and tells us that Otto Hightower introduced and raised them after being stripped of his place as hand. This last clever solution of Otto’s, in a way, served as his last tangible legacy, as those cats’ descendants still roam the keep. Though I could see that being waved off as post-war propaganda to obscure the deeds, no matter how minor, of a common-born bastard.

   Inversely, another deviation that has further solidified over the show is Rhaena and Sheepstealer; without touching on spoilers in the book, they have no connection. Rhaena has her own, albeit smaller dragon as mentioned in another comment. Sheepstealer, on the other hand, was still a wild dragon who was miraculously tamed, but by a commoner. A girl with no Valyrian blood who, through offering sheep and respect, earned Sheepstealer’s loyalty. She didn’t have a good relationship with the Blacks, but not because of anything with Jayce. She wasn’t in any way Valyrian, let alone Targaryen, shattering the idea that they alone hold sway over dragons and thus have a divine right to rule.

   I know there’s little to nothing to connect the two, but this episode brought both to mind.

4. I feel it in my heart! The dragon lives!

5. I hope Sunfyre is alive, because his bond with Aegon is maybe the only wholesome thing about Aegon’s character and I would love to see that nuance. Despite being a terrible person, he loves his dragon.

6. I don’t see how Aegon can possibly fly a dragon with all the pain he has and sans balls. He will be the wailing rider flying in the mist atop a scarred beast.

7. Aegon sucks, but it would be metal as fuck if he comes riding in with sunfyre after they were both proclaimed dead. It will be difficult for me not to switch sides.

8. I don’t know if its just me, but between the narcissism, extreme emotional outbursts, and hell, even the looks to some extent, Ormund Hightower reminds me quite a bit of Dennis from Always Sunny.

9. Part of me doesn’t want to watch the show anymore because we know the outcome and future of our sky puppies. I can’t watch them die!

1. Not all die after the dance of dragons, at least in the book 4 dragons survive, “Morning” we haven’t seen in the show because in the book she is bonded to Rhaena but in the show Rhaena is bonded to Sheepstealer so I don’t know if they will have her or not.

   ” Sheepstealer” in the book flies off with his rider to the mountains of the moon and never seen again, It will be interesting to see if this turns out the same way in the show due to how the riders are noot the same.

   “SilverWing” in the book goes feral and makes a lair on a island in the red lake, I can see this turning out the same way.

   “Cannibal” We haven’t seen in the show yet only mentioned, in the book he just disappears no one knows where he went, if we see him in the show I would guess the same outcome.

   Also don’t forget the eggs taken to Essos with three of them going to Daenerys in Game Of Thrones, and we know Drogon survives.
