2. Really hope you guys watch Blue Eye Samurai (Netflix), it’s set in the Edo period of Japan. The story & soundtrack are great but the animation is absolutely gorgeous & IMO has some of the best fight choreography I’ve ever seen animated or live action. I guarantee you’ll thank me for the recommendation.

3. I’m not 100%, but I understood that the Heir’s mother was sent to her SISTER, who was due to have a baby. The heir’s mother is considered to be the hostage, not the sister. The sister was one of the six marriages that Toranaga Yoshii accepted to increase his connections and influence.

4. Yess, I was hoping y’all would react to this show! The trailers looked so good!
