That final cameo at the end is so much fun!
Final episode is perfect. Everybody gets their due and we see exactly where everybody is. It’s a bittersweet finale as you realize not everybody keeps in touch (I think the implication is that some of them like Nakamura and Sugino went off to do their own things) but it’s also happy in the sense that everybody gets their desired future in a way. Nagisa’s final moments are brilliant.
