  1. Silo for my personal choice. Fringe and Battlestar Galactica next, for Eric & Aaron to finally get what they want 🙂
Such great shows on the list, can’t go wrong really

  2. Twin Peaks is soapy David Lynch goodness. Battlestar Galactica 04 is one of the best Sci-Fi’s of the 21st century. Silo is 2 seasons in and continues to impress.

Id love to see For All Mankind on a poll soon.

  3. They would love the Last Kingdom and Hannibal, but because both series have been so overlooked over the years they will never win :/

Then again so was Black Sails and now it seems more popular than ever

  4. The greatness of the filmmaking and writing of the wire cannot be understated. Only show that’s better for me is the sopranos, and only marginally. Both are equally good picks as objective best shows of all time, but the wire has an edge because it’s a different kind of show, and has something completely different to say. The wire is perhaps the most poignant turn of the century period piece and time capsule show. I think it also has some of the best written characters in film as a whole, and it has so much to say about living in the modern world at the turn of the century, and it only grows more interesting as our modern world continues to evolve and change. The wire is a vignette of a world that once existed, a snapshot of the time during which it was set, and released, and yet to the modern viewer, it grows in relevancy with each passing year, remaining timeless. It’s a story about the tug of war between our notions of what it means to be human, and the bureaucratic nature of our institutions, institutions which are located on either side of the law, and how sometimes those institutions have a toe dipped in both sides.

    1. I’m really hoping Psych or What We Do in the Shadows wins! They’re both my favorites, and since they’ve already seen the movies, watching their reactions to the shows would be so fun.

    2. I’m really hoping Psych or What We Do in the Shadows wins! They’re both my favorites, and since they’ve already seen the movies, watching their reactions to the shows would be so fun.

    1. Heyy, I recommend watching IndieGeekGuy reactions to Hannibal, genuinely the best ones I’ve seen lol but the world really needs more good hannibal reactions out there, I hope it wins this time 😓

  5. I so want Fringe. Battlestar and The Wire I would be happy with but other reactors I follow have done them. The Last Kingdom I’ve only seen the first 2 seasons and it’s been over 30 years since I saw Twin Peaks

  6. DEFINITELY What We Do in the Shadows! That show is unbelievably funny, I find it’s a little underappreciated just how funny it is. Plus it’s a relatively short series!

      1. You’re not wrong, Hannibal would be 39 weeks so Silo season 4 would probably be on its way by then. But, I was thinking more so that Silo only has 20 episodes right now, so 20 weeks because we don’t even know if season 3 will come out while they’re watching. I do like your logic though, it gives me a different way at looking at it, so honestly, I am hoping for the Hannibal fans.

  7. Twin Peaks is the best show in the history of television but it’s not great react material. So much of it is stabbing into your brain deeper than the point where you form normal opinions to talk about stuff.

Still gave it the 2 pointer, and the 3 pointer goes to the next best TV show you guys haven’t watched yet, The Wire.

  8. Gotta be The Last Kingdom. Eric is gonna be an emotional mess and it’ll be great! And please try to have all 4 of you reviewing it! Rick and Calvin’s take will be excellent. Thanks!

  9. Really hope 3 Body Problem ends up being picked for voting someday, found it on Netflix recently after a friend recommended it, I’m most of the way thru the first series now it’s renewed for a second one and it’s been a pretty interesting show.

  10. OH YEAH!! “FROM”, Please!! We’re reacting to this as well on our Patreon [we’re on Season 2 now]! It’s so good! I vote “FROM” and THEN “What We Do In The Shadows” [SO FUNNY!!] Fringe is good too! I think you’d enjoy all three, but I would enjoy watching YOU watch these three specifically.

  11. The Wire, The Last Kingdom, and Battlestar Galactica are all peak television. I would also recommend For All Mankind on Apple TV
In an alternate timeline in 1969, Soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov becomes the first human to land on the Moon. This outcome devastates morale at NASA but also catalyzes a U.S. effort to catch up. With the Soviet Union emphasizing equality by including a woman in subsequent landings, the United States is forced to match pace, equally training women and ethnic minorities (who historically were largely excluded from the initial decades of U.S. space exploration).

Pushed by higher competition, the Soviet and other blocs favor more competent leaders, modernizing earlier and on more rational ground. With sustained investments in technology, a broad, sustained, and global technological race takes place, with a wide range of dramatic civilian effects, such as early civil rights, electric vehicles, civilian fusion power, controlled CO2 production, and no climate crisis. Each subsequent season takes place about a decade later, with season two taking place in the 1980s, season three taking place in the 1990s, and season four taking place in the 2000s.

Ronald D. Moore explained how historical reality had been different from the series: “Sergei Korolev was the father of the Soviet space program; in our reality, he died during an operation in Moscow (in 1966) … And after that point, their Moon program really never pulled together…. Our point of divergence was that Korolev lives, … and he made their Moon landing happen.”[8]

    1. Okay, I get you really want to see a reaction to this, but maybe it’s a bad idea to spoil major world building for the show before they possibly react to it.
