1. In short, while there was a post it wasn’t very clear on how it would impact some of the tiers so that was jarring. Just think most people hear would have like a little clearer communication that’s all. Still a huge fan of Blind Wave and all of the content they put out.

3. I don’t usually comment but I feel the need this time because of how stupid this comment section is.
   Solo Leveling episode 2X10 dropped on 10/28 and we got this episode the same day. That means Kaiju no 8 will start on Youtube 11/25 as announced. Usually we get 5 episodes when a show starts and they start on the same day on Youtube and for Beyond members/Four-sight Patreon.
   Now instead of getting 5 episodes on 25/11 we got the first on 28/10 and when we get to 25/11 we will have gotten 5 episodes as per usual but without having to wait 4 weeks for it to start.
   As for the “Ride The Wave” with 2 episodes a week, this show is not listed to be one of them at the moment.
   Paying members are not hold back by Youtube, we are 4 week early as we are supposed to. If you don’t like that I can’t help you, just start watching the show when it starts on Youtube (just as it has been) and you will have your 5 episodes start.

1. You are missing the point. None of that was explained as you outlined above. If that had been better relayed to members and Patreon supporters it wouldn’t have come as such a surprise. The 1-2 sentence blurb way back in a YouTube post A) did not really make that clear and B) got buried under several other posts. Paying supporters are allowed, as long as they are not rude or hateful, to vent some frustration a bit after a change occurred that in what seems to be several peoples’ thought that it wasn’t clearly relayed. Your explanation makes sense but after years of it always being the other way, it was a little jarring. A little clearer communication is all that I think most people want.

   I did also wonder why there was only 1 episode. So I did some digging, after I got remined of a youtube post I had seen, thanks to another commenter I pieced it togheter after 5 minutes. I decided not to comment since I rarely do and tought someone else will either explain or if someone wanted to know they would figure it out. When I returned to the post I realized that people didn’t.
   I think people absolutely should give their opinions about changes and other stuff and give feedback as constructive criticism. I just don’t like when people complain while being angry. (I’m not saying that you did that)

4. Wait so on the 25th of November when the show hits Youtube, are we gonna have 2 episodes extra other than episode 5 for Beyond? Because for Solo Leveling, up to episode 7 was available.

   Also I honestly like the change of dropping the early access episodes weekly before the start of the show. But the best benefit that Beyond offers is the double weekly uploads. I hope it’s still there.

5. Extremely disappointed with the change in uploads. I hope it goes back to the way it was before. I’ve been a long time supporter and changed over from Patreon to the the annual website membership last December. The 4+ episode drop at the start of a new series was a great perk for top level supporters. If that’s going away I might as well drop back to monthly or a lower tier. Not angry with the change or anything, just bummed as that really cool benefit of supporting at those levels.

6. I don’t understand who this whole ‘no longer uploading 4-5 episodes for a new series when it starts’ update is meant to benefit. Us paying supporters are losing out on reactions and YouTube is still getting episodes multiple weeks behind so….who is this change for?

10. Personally I thought Kaiju No8 was okay, after watching the first season. It reminded me of AoT or at least the beginning of it, except more optimistic. Hopefully it doesn’t follow the same path like 1:1. You know the usually anime good guy has enemies abilities, secret, reveal, can we trust, and etc.

    Edit: Hmmm, well it doesn’t really matter what I think, let’s see what do the guys think. Since they don’t watch a lot of anime, they should feel different about it, or maybe they’ll think it’s sorta the same.

1. Right, they tend to leave people in the dark a lot. One the early access isn’t available despite saying at the end they are. Also this replaced solo leveling which was a ride the wave double episodes a week show, but I guess this now isn’t? So confusing

1. As much as I like the two episodes a week thing, it’s really caused a lot of issues for their scheduling. Every other reaction channel does two (or usually more) episode a week with no problems. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult here

Because people who pay and support directly don’t need the things we signed up for and paid for. Going to be saving my money since they are barely offering anything and prioritizing YT over people that pay a lot for wave rider 4 week early access.

3. It is early access, by 5 weeks. While I enjoy the 2 episode format as well, they never said it was restricted to those reaction time slots or would be a definite for certain types of shows.
