1. Lucifer is “part” of the DC universe. He is a spin-off from the Sandman comics, which does have DC characters in it. The sandman is picked up by Netflix and is currently filming as of Jan 2021. The story arc “Season of Mists” is the prequel to Lucifer as to how he came to earth. It would be interesting to see if the two series intersect.
