1. When Ash & co. first encounter Tommy, the Japanese version includes a shot of Tommy staring at Misty’s chest. He then asks if she can breastfeed him, which prompts Misty to hit him. The feeding line & close up of Misty is removed in the English dub, and instead Tommy says “You Pokemon or people?” before Misty hits him. This is also why Tommy’s dad opens his shirt; in the Japanese he asked if Tommy remembers being nursed by his mom, which caused Misty to hit the dad because it reminded her of Tommy’s initial comment.
   – Officer Jenny aims a rifle directly at Ash and James uses a tranquilizer gun, yet the next episode was banned outside of Japan due to the usage of guns, especially guns aimed at Ash
