I think it’s only like a smidge better that the supernatural threat is real. The deal was made for insane amount of riches- nothing they could have lived without. And now they’re so attached to their privilege, killing servants and family members for a devil they don’t even have real evidence of existing is something they just casually do. This amount of wealth is always evil no matter how indirect the exploitation and violence is.
Great reaction and I’m so glad this movie was picked!
I did not quite know what I was getting into when I watched this but I loved it. Just had to deal with the gross factor. Gory doesn’t scare me but it can turn my stomach.

A personal favorite I saw on a whim thinking it was a different blonde actress. I now recognize the GOAT Samara Weaving in whatever she shows up in.
Oh yeah, this film was alright.. didnt think they would make a sequel.
I walked into this movie blind in theatres and loved it. Glad the crew were able to get around to it too.
Rule of thumb, if your horror movie has an aussie, its probably goated, Ready or not cabin in the woods, smile, you’re next, insidious… i think ive made my point
Also theyll probably find the dead bodies in the cellar & be like ok she might have been right
& alex only exploded because grace didnt want him as her family, her saying i want a divorce meant he was part of his birth family not grace’s family
