Just some interesting Blackfyre trivia: when The Hedge Knight was first written in 1998 there were no mentions of them or the rebellion since it wasn’t an idea George had come up with yet but there were some early ideas of a different Targaryen cadet branch called the Brightflames around this time that were dropped by 2000 when A Storm of Swords (third ASoIaF book) came out and the subsequent Dunk and Egg novellas (The Sworn Sword and The Mystery Knight) solidified the Blackfyre Rebellions as a part of the lore and recent history for this era.

2. Targaryen for sure he was also mentioned in GOT

4. As for the “It buys you a day” he basically made a reservation with those two stags. Then he sold his horse in Order to acctually buy the armor. So he owns it now. There is no time limit anymore

8. The two time that Targaryen were mention or shown on screen at the same time as Egg, Egg had a reaction that showed he doesn’t want to have anything about them. Coincidence I think not.
