1. There’s a high probability that Marie can fix Cate, but the important question is should she? Because you’re not just fixing Cate, you’re also putting a Ming Controller back on the board and one in which has already done countless things that have hurt you and your friends. There would be conditions that need to be agreed on before anything concrete operations were to start. Let’s we not forget why her arm was blown off for a reason. We need confirmation that she’s learned and is actually going to charge before we give her this much control back.

2. I think that with enough training, she can unlock more abilities through her powers, kinda like a skill tree. I don’t think the writers will upgrade the healing to that extent, because it’d let Cate off too easy after last season. She needs some sort of punishment, even if she gets fully redeemed by the end.
   But I’m really only saying that she can so I can disagree with Aaron. 😁

3. Of course, she can; she’s basically Rey Skywalker, and Cypher is her Yoda.

5. Marie can control blood, not flesh. It’s why Cate wanted her to fix her brain specifically. Marie can probably make the blood flow in the correct path again.

6. I don’t think it would make sense for Marie to be able to regrow an arm. Blood cells are a big factor in healing wounds, so it would make sense that she’s able to manipulate that, and be able to make the heart beat again and make blood flow to the brain, but I doubt she’s able to create bone or muscle tissue etc. Also, just narratively speaking, I think it makes sense for Cate to have a permanent consequence of the things she did in season 1, even with a redemption arc.

7. Marie can CONTROL Blood not Create it. Even if just to say hypothetically she could regrow someone’s arm she would need another person’s arm or at least enough Blood from a different source to rearrange and connect the different molecules within whatever Source of Blood she is using to attempt such a feat. Basically she does not have the ability to create matter from nothing.

8. I think if Deadpool can regrow an arm with his healing factor, then Marie can regrow an arm with her healing powers. Obviously, it’s not the same universe, but the believability of the different power sets you see in each universe is pretty similar. I mean, there’s a guy with a quantum singularity for an asshole. Regrowing an arm is not nearly the wildest thing we’ve seen in the Boys universe.

   Now, do I think she will in the show? For story reasons, probably not. For ease of filming, maybe yes.
