2. The 62 second music sequence is one of my favourite moments in Evangelion, it serves as one of the few, extrememly rare circumstances of “Everything is going as planned. We did it.” This show has so few moments like that, that seeing everyone’s beaming faces of pride around the 10 second mark just feels like such a warranted win in such a long and hard battle.
