1. I always spend my birthday eating alone at my favorite bar, never even realized it was sad. Guess I should just eat a microwaved meal at my house instead lol.

2. I think Alice’s suspension will help, but only in the way where it will give her space to communicate her struggles/thoughts with the rest of the coaching team. As a woman in a male dominated field, Alice has been fighting to be respected and taken seriously by her peers and her team, then Ted (a man) comes in and is immediatedly liked and respected by everyone, it can’t be easy to see somebody take something that you have tried so hard to achieve.

3. Love on the whiteboard when they’re discussing the team, Ted spelt Niamh and Siobhan wrong, then also calling El Sharif “the sheriff”

4. Maybe she’ll have a cameron frye moment and stare at a painting

5. As a Brit, if I was going to quit a job, and then get convinced to stay only to get suspended. I wouldn’t be sure if I’d show up again after the suspension.
   But it could also give her some time to focus on herself and figure out how many butt-holes is too many… It’s two by the way.

1. Are you implying that Ted and Beard don’t treat her right and she did nothing wrong? She got suspended because of her terrible behaviour towards the players. She should reflect on why she was such a b*tch and then talk to Ted and tell him the reasons. Maybe he could help her to overcome whatever her problem is.
