3. This makes so much fucking sense why Ultron would make Vision in Phineas’ image, cus he was based on his grandson, holy shit this episode just mind fucked me so hard

4. My theory is that the client is the son of Victoria, and because Victoria took Phineas’ book, that book was passed down to Victoria’s son. He, in working with Josephine, implemented the source code into the Prototype that would become Jarvis, and when Josephine died, she also had the source code, which is why both Vision and Jocasta have the apartment in New York in their code. The client then got massively wealthy from selling out to Stark Industries which is why he is back in the estate.

6. This is a complete guess, but I think Ultron actually saved Friday from Jocasta after she learned that the human that Ultron is based on betrayed her in some way and she is going to snap at Ultron. With Paladin I think he survived because he’s just too cool to die
