1. Come on rhop fix this crap, tell these guys Lee and Guy use chakra just purely for taijutsu. Well guy also uses summoning jutsu so he can use other jutsu they just suck at using chakra for ninjutsu. All ninja’s use chakra when using taijutsu that’s why their so strong

2. So in regards to the whole Naruto doing the “teleportation” jutsu here is something weird in regard to translation issues we see a few times from here on out. The “teleportaion” they talk about Naruto doing here is more like just a burst of high-speed movement (I believe referred to as “Body Flicker” by more accurate translations) and not the same as the “Flying Raijin” teleportaion that Minato uses by placing his marks and instantly teleporting to them. Minato can still efficiently use the Body Flicker as well as Flying Raijin which is why he is considered the fastest shinobi. Hope this gets to you guys and helps clear things up.
