1. its not that complicated with the sharingan. theres normal sharingan at different levels, the tomes of little dots are like level 1-3. 3 tomes in each eye is a full strength normal sharingan, these normal sharingan have a set power set. after a great loss or cutting of a bond it unlocks mangekyou sharingan, doesnt just need to be a friend. mangekyou sharingan the more they use it they go blind and slowly lose the power, these powers take on a unique set of abilities with slight overlap between family. and if you transplant the mangekyou sharingan of a family member you unlock eternal mangekyou sharingan that never makes you go blind or lose power. but essentially its only 2 versions of sharingan, not a whole bunch of different ones just 2, normal and mangekyou

1. To be fair. It’s a recap/flashback episode, barely anything happens.

1. they started 2 episode drops at the perfect time

2. still kinda dumb to have 3 minute reaction. not seeing how they feel about old stuff after not seeing it for so long. that was the point. are people suppose to rewatch naruto to watch this reaction to get the feeling of this episode and all of naruto’s thoughts on those events. they could have just skipped this episode if thats the case

3. to be fair, thats half of naruto’s episodes though. most of the show is cannon/filler
